Aaron Keylock has revealed his new video for the acoustic version of ‘No Matter What The Cost’ which you can see HERE, taken from his acclaimed debut album ‘Cut Against the Grain’, released in January on Provogue/Mascot Label Group (Joe Bonamassa, Black Stone Cherry, Monster Truck, Big Jesus)

Talking about ‘No Matter What The Cost’ he explains that “lyrically, it’s very headstrong and just about not letting anything knock you down. I’m saying be honest and true to who you are and you’ll get where you want to be. Bob Dylan said “you’re successful if you wake up in the morning and love what you do”, and that’s pretty much what the song is about for me: just having belief in what you do and who you are.”

Following tours late 2016 with Wilko Johnson, Joanne Shaw Taylor and SIMO he will be headlining TheBlack Heart, London on 4th April and playing HRH Blues Fest in Sheffield on 16th April and Ramblin’ Man Fair on 30th July.

He has been hailed by Kerrang as the “New Solo Superstar”, BBC Radio 2’s Bob Harris declared him “a fabulous new talent”, The Daily Mirror said he is “on the brink of international stardom”. Q Magazinerevelled in his ‘regal blues”, Classic Rock called it a “shred-packed” debut, Shindig called him the “new UK guitar hero” and Total Guitar rejoiced in it being a “toe-tapping electric blues beast”

He picked up the guitar aged 8 and by the age of 11 he was rocking the clubs in his hometown, Oxford. Already a young road rock warrior with hundreds of shows under his belt; at 16 he supported US rockersBlackberry Smoke on their ‘Leave A Scar’ UK tour and later the 2016 ‘Like An Arrow’ tour. TheBloodstock Festival crowd head-banged to Against The Grain in 2014 and at Download 2015 he played to a squeezed to capacity tent. Since then, he has gone back on tour with The Answer, The Cadillac Three, The Graveltones, Wilko Johnson, Joanne Shaw-Taylor, SIMO and Dan Patlansky as well as blistering sets on the 2015 festival circuit at Dot to Dot and Ramblin’ Man.
