Los Angeles based Hard Rock band Trigger The Rising have released their debut music video “FTW“. The video was directed by Brian Cox of Flarelight Films and was filmed in downtown Los Angeles and Malibu Beach. The track, which is available now on iTunes, comes from the band’s upcoming debut album scheduled for release this September.

FTW is about accepting your past mistakes, learning, and trying to move on. Avoiding all temptation that keeps you trapped mentally, physically, or spiritually. It is about rising up against yourself, it’s a call to those who need to…Trigger The Rising!!! – Jimmy Trigger

About Trigger The Rising:

Trigger The Rising is brought to you by Irishman Jimmy Trigger who currently resides in Los Angeles.

Jimmy is known as the front man from many LA based projects including his work with We Are The Riot (featuring Meegs and Mikey “Bug” Cox of Coal Chamber). Jimmy has now ventured out on his own to do something different.

Working with the infamous producer and rock star in his own right Logan Mader (formerly Machine HeadSoulflyMedication), a long time Rock and Metal Producer, the pair got together to write what can only be described as Aggressive-Active-PMA-Rock. Although it is obviously built for radio, the music is wonderful, technical, and pleasing to the ear, Awesome memorable riffs and solos, with an ocean of vocals, and layered harmony after harmony on top.

All 11 songs have absolutely huge choruses just waiting to explode in every song. Writing about what he knows best, Jimmy delves into the world of depression, the pre-suit of happiness, religion, politics, loss, and life.

My aim is to give anthems to the people without voices and to unite us and see how strong we actually are. Im pretty confident there is a song in there that will resonate with absolutely everybody.

The next steps for Jimmy is to take this on the road. So look out for TTR dates coming THIS FALL!!!

Trigger The Rising’s debut album drops September 11th, 2016 along with the second music video entitled HOLD ON.
