Antihero Magazine‘s James Geiser recently had the chance to catch up with Jonathan Wolfe, frontman for Seattle-based quartet Vespera. Tackling issues of Mental Health, Drug Addiction, and Suicide, the band has created a powerful platform for the doors of discussion to open about these issues. In this in-depth interview, we spoke about the band’s powerful music video for “Paradise” – featuring Spencer Sotelo of Periphery, Jonathan’s relationship with these issues, the inspiration behind the music, his relationship with The JED Foundation, and his role as a mental health advocate. If you or someone you know is struggling with mental illness, there is help. You are not alone.
